Noémi came to Mtn Peaks Therapy Llamas & Alpacas in the fall of 2021 after recently being diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. After recalling her love of serving animal non-profits, she was encouraged to volunteer as a way to get out of the house and give-back during her time going through chemo and radiation.

Noémi found peace and new life while with the llamas and alpacas at Mtn Peaks and found the herd to be so therapeutic, she is now volunteering her time to share this unique experience with others needing a safe and life-giving encounter of their own.

Our fall 2022 dates for therapeutic interactions on the farm are August 21st, 4pm-7pm, October 2nd, 11am-2pm, & October 23rd, 11am-2pm.
