Compassion Visits with Kristi

Kristi with Smokey the Llama

Kristi grew up here in the Pacific Northwest and loves all the fluffy creatures that cross her path. She has had several tough years growing up that required her to learn how to self soothe while leading into depression, anxiety, and a later diagnosis of complex PTSD. Kristi struggled with suicidal ideation, finding the right therapist for her, self-isolation, and trying to afford the help she needed. Earlier this year, Kristi even sought out intensive outpatient treatment. Animals have always been a constant source of comfort and joy in her life. She finds they light up a part of her that washes over with pure joy. She wants to hold space for you and whatever you’re struggling with to experience this joy for yourself. Come hang out with Kristi and the whole herd to help ease your mental suffering through hugs, carrot kisses and laughter.

Our fall 2022 dates for therapeutic interactions on the farm are August 17th 4:30pm-7:30pm, September 23rd 4:30pm-7:30pm, & October 8th 11am-2pm.
